Virginia Tech rules out two defensive starters, running back against Pittsburgh | Virginia Tech Insider

PITTSBURGH – Virginia Tech beginning linebacker Dylan Rivers (ankle), defensive finish Emmanuel Belmar (undisclosed) and working again Deshawn McClease (undisclosed) gained’t play Saturday towards Pittsburgh.
